I will always do my best to provide accurate descriptions and measurements. Please convoy me before buying if you have any additional questions.

Unfortunately, I can not accept returns unless I have grossly misrepresented an item in my description. If you feel that this is the case, please contact me within 3 days of receipt. A refund of goods will be arranged upon the safe return of the item in the same condition you received it.

If you are unhappy for other reasons, please contact me too, within 2 days of delivery. We can always find a solution.

Please note that returns will not be accepted without prior notification and that return shipping fees and also return shipping fees cannot be refunded. If an item is not returned in its original state (i.e. damaged, soiled or altered) this will result in a deduction of the refund. Please note that re-entry costs (such as customs and other fees) will also be deducted from the refund.

custom orders and discounted items are not returnable. This also includes cases in which I agreed in an email exchange to grant the buyer an individual discount

The item(s) are always packed with great care to ensure they will arrive safely
For items above $ 150 I always ship with registered mail as it can be tracked. Please note that this does not cover an insurance which would allow me to refund the cost of your item.
If you do not choose insured shipping I cannot be held responsible for any losses/damages that may occur. If you have chosen in insured shipping option, please note that the process of claiming a refund may take up to 3 months as I will need to submit a search and wait for the outcome of the report done by the postal services involved. Luckily, losses are very rare.

If you want insured shipping with an item for which I do not offer a shipping insurance, please contact me before
(or even after) the purchase.

Please note that I cannot be responsible
for lost/stolen/damaged items that were not insured, or for delays that are due to errors in the post, labor disputes or other occurrences that are beyond my power to influence. I keep proof of shipping for all orders and always provide you with a shipping confirmation
(including a tracking no. if applicable).
